Another Sad Story Out of New York

In upstate New York Ronald Stolarczyk was arrested in Oneida County and charged with felony possession of a firearm. Mr. Stolarczyk heard people in his garage and verbally warned them to leave. The two strangers then started coming upstairs into his home. Stolarczyk then shot both men with a .38 revolver and both criminals died.

The police and district Attorney determined that Mr. Stolarczyk had defended himself lawfully from the intruders. Then a short while later he was charged with felony possession of a weapon.

The gun had been handed down to him from his father and in New York that requires a host of registration and licensing permits. Mr. Stolarczyk committed the grievous sin of not jumping through those legal barriers placed by the totalitarian state.

Mr. Stolarczyk is currently in jail, unable to afford the $10,000 bail required by the court for his freedom. There is a legal fund to help in his defense you can find here.

This a sad story from the land of the free and the home of the brave.
