According to a recent analysis conducted of the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) filings made to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. indicates that offshoring is continuing despite claims to the contrary. This database shows claims made by companies offshoring jobs, to make claims for the laid-off workers for training programs.
