I use mine on a 1911 .45. This product does what "the patch" cannot, extracting the most minute particles from the rifling. Great product and a great value.

Used on my Kimber 1911 .45. Effective cleaning, easy to use and reduced mess while cleaning, all for a reasonable price.

i use these in my 444 Marlin,45-70,44 magnum,and 458 Win mag rifles. they fit good in the bore and do a good job of pushing the fouling out after a brush with solvent is used.

Excellent cleaning accessory
Having tried BarrelBuddy is several different caliber ranges, I have to say that they are worth buying. I had clean bores using fewer of the Barrelbuddy than I would have with the same or larger number of patches. I like them, I'll buy them again.

Cleaning Pistols
I bought this on recommendation of a friend for my .40 and .45. Simple to use and worked great. I could really see how is cleaned the barrel grooves. It is a lot easier to use than patches. Cool.
