Supreme Court Ruling on Presidential Immunity

As we finish the 4^th of July, we see another victory but some have it twisted.

As Breitbart News reported, the Court held 6-3 that a president enjoys absolute immunity for official acts, but not for unofficial acts. While it is up to the courts to adjudicate the difference, the Supreme Court said that a president has the right to pre-trial challenges regarding whether any acts fall into the “official” or “unofficial” category.

Democrats warned that the “MAGA SCOTUS” had given presidents license to eliminate their political opponents. They appeared to be following the lead of Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who wrote in dissent for the Court’s liberals:

The Court effectively creates a law-free zone around the President, upsetting the status quo that has existed since the Founding. This new official-acts immunity now “lies about like a loaded weapon” for any President that wishes to place his own interests, his own political survival, or his own financial gain, above the interests of the Nation. … The President of the United States is the most powerful person in the country, and possibly the world. When he uses his official powers in any way, under the majority’s reasoning, he now will be insulated from criminal prosecution. Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune. Organize a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Take a bribe in exchange for a pardon. Immune. Immune, immune, immune. Let the President violate the law, let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain, let him use his official power for evil ends. Because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as we would like him to be. That is the majority’s message today. Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done. The relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.

Some things are so insane that I wonder if I am dreaming or if I am awake! The left is going crazy over the recent ruling on Presidential Immunity but missing the fact that it was Joe Biden and his engagement of “lawfare” that inspired it!

We have seen unprecedented actions taken to interfere and or stop former President Donald J. Trump from running and possibly winning another term. What happened to running a fair campaign and letting the people decide who they want as a President?

The reasoning behind the sustained attacks on our former President runs much deeper and is much darker.

Like him or not, what President Trump did during his term was to decloak the Globalist plan, which is the true threat and is what drives this relentless machine of attacks on him.

The true powers at be see all their work being put in jeopardy, and I fear we have yet to see the true extent of their desperation.

Are there recent reasons to have hope, yes. But make no mistake about it, when evil men are backed into a corner, they are never more dangerous.

So again, we are faced with the question, what can we do?

First and foremost, go to your knees and cry out for God to not only show mercy to our great country but to call good men into action and restrain evil.

Second, educate those around you, even if it means taking heat. This doesn’t mean arguing or demeaning others but presenting facts and information in a calm and rational manner. Challenge those around you to research alternate views and opinions. You will never win hearts and minds by being confrontational. Be smart about engaging those that are uneducated in the truth.

Third, draw close to your church, family and friends and build and strengthen the community around you.

Americans are at their best when we stand together, we cannot allow dark forces to divide us.

Again, we should view our rights through the lens of the frog being boiled slowly. Rights are chiseled away piece by piece, until one day we wake up to something entirely new, dangerous, and unintended by our founding Fathers.
