Taxes on Guns You already Own

There are many reasons to fear a Joe Biden presidency, and here is another. In his proposed gun control legislation, he would have the AR-15 registered under the National Firearms of 1934. Unless there is a grandfather clause, this would mandate that American gun owners pay a $200 federal tax per AR-15 that they own. The low estimates are that there are 18 million AR-15’s in America. This would generate over 3.6 billion dollars for the federal government.

It is important to note that this does not include everything that the democrats would call an “assault weapon” and make them subject to that tax. This is a very real possibility.

This would also require all these weapons to be registered with federal authorities, submit your fingerprints and photograph, and potentially submit to an FBI background check.

Remember that registration has always led to CONFISCATION. This would be a typical move collect all that money then take your guns.

For some reason I do not think they plan to confiscate the guns from the people shown above.
