A Warning From Ron Paul

Well, it started this week, The Harris… I mean Biden administration, is coming after our guns. This will not end for the next two years and will not cease unless Republican’s retake the house and gain control of the Senate.

The big caveat to that is will the Democrat’s enshrine their cheating techniques in legislation? They have already passed a bill in the house to do just that (H.R.1).

The following is a warning from Ron Paul describing the anti-gun legislation being purposed this week.

The Biden administration is giving in to the gun grabbers, and you and I must act quickly to stop their march toward total destruction of the Second Amendment.

In a flurry of attacks against your right to self-defense, the U.S. House will consider two bills THIS WEEK:

H.R. 8, the Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2021; and

H.R. 1446, the Enhanced Background Checks Act of 2021, which extends the review period for gun sales from three days to ten days.

H.R. 8 in particular, is moving at break-neck speed as the gun grabbers in Congress quickly fall in line. There are already 131 cosponsors — with three Republican turncoats — making this very dangerous gun bill a bipartisan threat!

They are trying to overwhelm us.

This bill would create a de facto centralized list of nearly every gun owner in the country under the control of Joe Biden and his band of statists at the Department of Justice and the FBI, who have proven their utter contempt of the Bill of Rights just in the first few weeks of his administration.

Bills like H.R. 8 and H.R. 1446 are a return to the absolute worst of the Obama agenda that we fought so hard to stop over and over again.

We did it then and we can do it now, but only if you act quickly!

H.R. 1446, introduced by Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC), is another attempt by Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) Congress at forcing delays and denials of law-abiding citizens’ ability to purchase firearms.

The statists are attacking from every direction in hopes that at least one of their “gun control” schemes will slip through and be used to bully law-abiding gun owners while criminals — who don’t obey laws — continue their crimes unabated.

As always, criminals don’t care about breaking the law!

H.R. 8, the “Bipartisan Background Checks Act,” has the support of at least THREE turncoat Republicans in the U.S. House, making it a MASSIVE threat to your liberty.

If any weak-kneed Senate Republicans follow suit, you and I will have a very real threat on our hands.

This is the same bill former President Donald Trump tweeted he would instantly veto if it hit his desk in 2019.

But with Donald Trump no longer standing in the way of this bill, Nancy Pelosi and her gun grabbing cohorts are moving to strike FAST and get part of their agenda on gun control done before we’re able to react.

Last month, they introduced a much more comprehensive plan to limit firearm purchases and even the ability to manufacture them. That plan was met with massive resistance thanks to Campaign for Liberty and others, so they’ve changed their approach . . . for now!

Eric, if either of these bills pass, they’ll be able to control every single firearm purchase and target law-abiding gun owners with national registries and criminal penalties for previously lawful transfers.

And as soon as they get one of these bills passed, they’ll go for even more. That’s why we must stop them now.

H.R. 8 is being rushed through Congress and will be heard in committee and rushed to the floor THIS WEEK! It would put the statists in control of nearly every firearm transfer in this country and creates a de facto national registry of gun owners.

You and I know that the real goal of a national registry is to move forward with gun confiscation.

The radical left is not hiding their agenda. You and I must stay vigilant and demand that Congress back down.
